Field technicians currently rely on manual workarounds to verify that all required parts have been loaded for a job. The existing process involves copying the parts list from ServiceLink into an Excel spreadsheet and printing it for physical reference. This method is inefficient and contradicts ServiceLink’s goal of supporting a paperless workflow.
Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a checkbox feature next to each part number within the ServiceLink interface. This would allow technicians to mark off parts as they verify them, directly within the application.

Hi Mark,
I believe there is value in implementing this functionality across both platforms. However, in response to feedback from our field team, it’s clear that they are most likely to perform this task using their phones with FLEX loaded.
My suggestion is to mirror the existing table used for the "Return" checkbox on the Web version, but adapt it for received items. On FLEX, this could be simplified to a single checkbox indicating that the item has been loaded onto the truck for delivery to site.
Additionally, if the Web version could support generating a document that lists all parts loaded onto the truck—saved automatically to the media folder—we would establish a comprehensive tracking system for all parts ordered, received, and returned.
Do you want this in web as well as flex? can you send a screenshot of what you're thinking. what do techs do after they check them off in the printed excel sheet today?
