We also have multiple divisions such as C,H,R,E, T, etc. In the Sales Link configurable item tables such as activity type/purpose, No Deal reasons & Lost Sale Reasons, we would like to have different configurations by division. For example, we would have different lost sale reasons for Cat Rental Store vs Commercial Engines vs on-highway vehicles. In the current configuration, we are required to list all of the options in all of the Divisions which forces our reps to scroll through long lists to find an applicable selection.
