Provide some kind of simple designation or add a field in SalesLink for customers Renting Equipment that would distinguish rental contracts that are either, 1) Rent to Rent contracts vs. 2) RPO Rental contracts that would allow users to easily tell them apart.
This way the Product Support Reps and Sales Reps could easily distinguish the difference between the two without having to look up a machine in DBS to see what type of rental contract the machine is on.
Rentals and RPO's are treated differently in the way of their Support than a Rental would be. Aftermarket/Support sales and revenue would be much more clearly deciphered.
Also, many users don't have access or know how to look up and distinguish the difference between a RPO and a RTR contract.
