In the pipeline/opportunity view for the reps, it shows completed Activity and Activity Date, with the completed activity history under the date for that opportunity. It would be helpful to get line of sight of the next steps, the follow up, by having the outstanding activity date in that pipeline view.

Getting the task/stage done is important, but even once a quote is submitted, the follow up is important. Having the next outstanding activity date show would help give line of sight in one place to next steps, otherwise it is by opportunity/by customer. |
