correct the mapping for automated gatekeeper so that when there is an influencer add or address add, the two state fields don't get picked up from dbs and populate two state names

we are trying to make sure our data is clean without these double states and assist lift truck in quoting process |

This seems to be an issue with the 2.3.4 version of DBS which is an FDC product. The nature of the issue is that FDC includes State in the City field and additionally has a separate State field. FDC should address this issue.
