Improve the visibility/accuracy of customer credit situation in Sales Link/Texada Suite

We previously asked for a quote to customize this and were told to add it to ideas portal:


Our finance leaders are having issues with the fact that the Sales Link AR screen customized for William Adams only shows invoices and AR buckets from Unit 4. Its not live and it does not include other components of credit exposure like Work in Process, orders not yet invoiced etc. So I have 3 questions: 1)Can we get a screen shot of what was shown on the AR screen in the vanilla version of Sales Link, prior to the William Adams customization. 2)What do other dealers do here to show ACTUAL exposure - a)To include components of exposure that are not the result of an invoice and AR Coda/U4 buckets (like WIP, un invoiced orders etc) and b get it live, as opposed to once a day. 3)Sales Link is now more widely used by Reps and others in advising customers , so this AR info is actually misleading because its not current and it does not include all the components of the actual DBS exposure (see attached screen shot) We would like get some idea of the cost of getting this AR screen to show live data and to include the

Giving credit to customers (in service link , in rental etc) where the customer has exceeded the credit limit
