I think Tracy is onto something here as well. Would be a better benefit if both Cat and Competitive models could be displayed.
Thank you - I think Eric would agree that the request does not fully exist as CAT models are usually known to our end users. This functionality would benefit us more for Non-CAT.
You can request for this to be enabled by contacting customer support, referring to configuration key ckCommon.EquipmentAddEdit.Cat.Model.
Note 1: this currently only works for Caterpillar models.
Note 2: this might require a deeper dive into your data mapping.
This would also help save Gatekeepers time in adding the data into our ERP. As a D365 dealer we still do not have the "Push to DBS (ERP)" functionality. Having to research models or go back to end users is time consuming.
I have attached a photo and highlighted the model portion I am referring too. Would be great if this feature could pull on Model description from what we house to clean up any error that would happen.
Could you provide screenshots to show us where you're looking exactly?
