Reassign prospect accounts to MULTIPLE REPS, re-set the date and assign new par through using the upload template.
Add missing information IN MASS to incompletely built existing prospect accounts - update street address, zip code, county, industry code and include the existing prospect # so the system does not create a duplicate prospect.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
It takes FOREVER to reassign reps when accounts are not all going to 1 rep. Each account has to be reassigned manually. Being able to upload a template to fill in missing data would help improve data quality by providing more complete information in the prospect accounts. Example: Someone uploaded 800+ prospects that were missing industry codes, store affiliation, and counties. These fields are needed for determining marketing campaigns and allowing the sales reps to prospect for new customers. |
