We currently have a list of reason codes for both prime & PSE leads from CAT for No Lead, Lost & No Deal. Our users see the entire list regardless of the opportunity type. It would be ideal if when we create the reason code we can link it to the different opportunity types (sales/rental/parts/service) so users only see the codes for the appropriate lead type.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
We need to ensure the correct data is being sent back to CAT for all CAT generated leads. Limiting the options for no lead/lost/no deal reasons will eliminate a user from selecting the wrong code. |
