When copying and pasting in a serial number into search there is often spaces trailing the data. When this happens the search does not return any value. When removing the trailing spaces the search will return the right form/data. This inhibits users searching within SalesLink and has caused addition of existing serial numbers therefore wasting users time entering the request, and the gatekeeper reviewing and finding existing information.
