Improved AR screen/view filtering. Ability to filter by Sales Manager.

This should apply to any view by rep, but it would be nice to have filtering capability by Sales Manager or Region.

    It doesn't appear that a Sales Manager can see a roll up of his/her reps in Performance Profile either. They have to go into each individual rep. Definitely some opportunity for easy improvement here.
