So reps know more about the e-mail lead they've received it would be very helpful if the verbiage entered in the "Description:" field populated the e-mail subject line.
Instead of "New Lead" or "Opportunity Reminder" the subject line could have some relevant details in it like "Parts Only CVA Quote for Customer ABC"
