I would like to investigate inbound leads and if they can be auto assigned to specific Campaigns based on language depicted within the lead description. In an effort to segregate specific leads to monitor successes of each as its own campaign, I ask if inbound CAT leads could be assigned specific campaigns as they are imported into Saleslink. There are three attachments. The first is the list of inbound PSEs in CATs sourced leads. My primary objective is to collect the PSEs with "EPP Renewal" in the description into the marketing campaigns "PSE- E&T EPPs" and "PSE- CI EPPs" based on the division the lead is assigned, Engine and General Lines respectively. The second attachment has a further description of the campaigns in question. My secondary objective is to complete the same process as above with Overhaul and CI-Rebuilds. There are already campaigns for both as you can see in the last attachment. My ask would be to, again, auto adjudicate the campaigns based on language in the description. this instance the descriptions including "E&T-Overhaul" and "CI Rebuild" would be assigned to the respective campaigns, "PSE- CI Rebuilds..." and "PSE- E&T Rebuilds..." There were previously a small size of leads inbound each month so the process was manual but not incredibly time consuming. Now, especially with the EPPs, there are over 400 leads coming in on a monthly basis and manual assignment for each line would take too much manual effort each month.
