We would like the ability to disable the reminder emails for "NON-Urgent" leads.
During a campaign our sales reps are inundated with numerous emails (on a daily basis), which causes frustration.
Being able to disable reminder emails for NON-Urgent leads will also reduce the likelihood of Urgent lead emails getting buried in the sea of NON-Urgent lead emails.
