Create Auto Profiling Logic option in Sales Link for P&S Merged

Currently, profiling the customer (High, Med, Low) is manual. All dealers have OLGA data now and I would think it would easy to set up a admin area where dealers could define the profile value dependent on the OLGA data. i.e. POPC >= 65 is Ours, Service Sales >+ $X is High Opp.
