For Issues created by RDA Surveys, can we add a link to the actual survey? When a user opens an Issue, they can see it has been created by a survey, but they have no way of seeing what survey it was created from. And we think adding a link is too much work, at the very least can we add a reference to the Survey number. Please see attached screenshots.
