Like many other Dealers, Hastings Deering uses the traditional equipment divisions structure within customer views in SalesLink however, this restricts our holistic view of many customer reports and as a result Reps & their managers can not easily see a complete view of a customer in a single line (ess attached example) we understand this be done in Hierarchy but not all reps have access & the intent of Hierarchy if to merge a collection of customers, not merge a single customer record.

When we select All Divisions we would like the ability to see an Aggregated view of the customer rather than one line per Division.
Interestingly this function already exists in some current views such as Reps Sales Performance, Reps Parts & Service performance reports
