Add Model field to Service leads

Can we please add "Model" to the options when adding a service lead. Currently the fields open to fill are Category, Estimated Revenue, Serial Number, & Make. We would like to add the additional field of Model to that list.

    A further enhancement would be a search function for the serial number using "fuzzy logic" to find the customers machines from a drop down or search feature. This data is in the asset list and would ensure accurate record keeping as well as eliminating errors.

    To enhance this suggestion, can you create a lookup functionality into the customers' equipment. When creating a service or parts opportunity, the sales rep can select for what machine the opportunity is. This will eliminate user errors. If the machine (for which you create the opportunity) is not in the customers' equipment list, the system should have the ability to add it there and then (via the normal 'add equipment' functionality).
