The flagged for deletion insignia needs to be more clearly identifiable. Users will bypass this information because it is tucked within the billing address. I suggest changing the color of the Customer name to Red, or to make the "Flagged for Deletion," the first piece of information clearly printed in bold and a unique color that is not already within the page. Attached is what the line currently looks like for reference. It needs to stand out. It would help by preventing users from skipping this line and wasting time on a customer essentially removed from our pool and used for record keeping.
