  • Can we auto-calculate the classifications?

  • Everybody's classifying by spreadsheet or have some sort of model

    • Michael figured this out

  • Use OLGA and PP+ leads to calculate profile criteria (John's got metrics)

  • Include an admin page to be able to specify criteria for the metrics

  • API to allow upload

  • Needs to be manual and automatic, choose-able by dealer (and overridable) - need to be able to tell which customers have been overridden so that they can be reassessed or turned back to automatic

  • Need to be able to make custom dimension labels if they do their own calcs

Vision

  • A 3 dimension calculation model based on Ours,Swing,Theirs, High,Medium,Low and CAT Opportunity dashboard that we can offer as standard.

  • The ability for customers to replace our 3 dimension model with their own 3 dimension model if they want to do the calcs themselves and upload scores via API

Need more visibility about a customer

  • Profiling is one piece and dealers will have different understandings with what a profile is

  • There are calculations that was part of PTOS that told them how to work with the customer.

  • We can work to provide something. but if they want to use something else we don't bar it.

Goals

  • Help dealers with targeted marketing

  • Help reps with what to focus on

  • Introduce more intelligence into the product

    • Some dealers has a spreadsheet they use to calculate parameters

    • Looking to preset and upload the values

  • They want the capability to set their own values which are meaning for the dealership - IN BULK - not individually

  • modernize the page and make sure the information is useful, and eliminate that which is not.
