Can we auto-calculate the classifications?
Everybody's classifying by spreadsheet or have some sort of model

Use OLGA and PP+ leads to calculate profile criteria (John's got metrics)
Include an admin page to be able to specify criteria for the metrics
API to allow upload
Needs to be manual and automatic, choose-able by dealer (and overridable) - need to be able to tell which customers have been overridden so that they can be reassessed or turned back to automatic
Need to be able to make custom dimension labels if they do their own calcs
Vision
A 3 dimension calculation model based on Ours,Swing,Theirs, High,Medium,Low and CAT Opportunity dashboard that we can offer as standard.
The ability for customers to replace our 3 dimension model with their own 3 dimension model if they want to do the calcs themselves and upload scores via API

Need more visibility about a customer
Profiling is one piece and dealers will have different understandings with what a profile is
There are calculations that was part of PTOS that told them how to work with the customer.
We can work to provide something. but if they want to use something else we don't bar it.
