We would like to track our leads more closely. Add a drill down feature so that for example you choose example Lead Source "Walk In", should open a new box to choose why they "Walked In"...."drive by, internet search, referral, social media etc." Another example where we would like to get more Lead Source Details is "Call-In" and "Social Media" what social media site did they use so we can direct more effective campaigns.
