Global Account Assignment Capability (Executive/Manager)

We are developing a Large Account Relationship strategy which is based on one executive or key manager to be responsible for that account. The idea is that they will "own" that customer and help coordinate strategy relative to that customer or issue ongoing. The current assignements would stay in place, this would be a global assignment that transcends divisions.
