When you go to Activities/PAR Percentage and then click on a Manager name you get that manager's list of reps...if you leave the date filter at Rolling 12 Months and click on a rep name it takes you to a list of that rep's customers and their PAR percentage with only Total PAR, Activities Made and Activities Up to PAR....which is correct. But if you change date filter to a specific year and then click on the rep name it takes you to a totally different place (the Customer Coverage screen) while I think the software should be consistent and take you to the same screen as Rolling 12 Months
