To integrate PSE leads into OLGA menu bar for those dealers that have PSE on boarding

As we have integrate PSE into SalesLink but we could not get the summary of PSE leads from OLGA menu bar under Pipeline navigation and have to refer to APSEC on the PSE updates.  Kindly expedite this feature to allow dealers to monitor PSE leads effectively.

    David, not a concern here. We focus on the Leads and "Resolved Leads" menus to dissect outcomes. Thanks

    For those who have voted for this, does this remain a concern for you? The last vote for this was in 2021.

    Dealers have been primarily using PSEs instead of OLGA for several years. PSEs incorporate OLGA data, condition monitoring data, and work order data. As such, they have surpassed the OLGA alerts.

    We're hearing from dealers that they're now primarily using PSE rather than OLGA. We will look into whether OLGA is still heavily used as a justification for this change.

    Joanna, If this requirements is similar to hours, we need to see PSE leads linked to OLGA alerts automatically the same way that OLGA alerts are linked to leads when created through the OLGA functionality. Clearly showing which OLGA alerts are associated with the PSE, and providing the same drill through functionality.

    That way we get the benefit of maximizing the opportunity presented by PSE's and also utilize the OLGA opportunity information to drive focus areas as determined by our dealership.
