Currently, the CSS Competitive Rental Stores will only populate in the lost sale form if the user has created an opportunity as a rental, and then marked the opportunity as lost. We would like the option to use the + Add Lost Sale option for lost rentals. If the user selects New 5 rent-to-rent as the transaction type, the CSS Competitive Rental Store list should populate. The competitive rental house is much more valuable data in a lost rent-to-rent then the manufacturer/model that we lost in the rental.
