Currently besides going back into the customer account, the requester does not know the status of their request.

What (is it): A new email notification back to the requester when requests are put on hold or made invalid |
Why (is this important): Visibility and great efficiency for those that utilize email as their key organization tool |
When (would you use this): Whenever you have a Gatekeeper request that was made invalid or put on hold |
Where / How would you access it?: Within your email, a link to the request, so that it can be altered |
Availability: The default status for all dealers will be: (On/Off)
Configurability: Dealers will be able to turn this On/Off themselves (True/False).
Hi Tonya: This is availble in the Configuration Keys area of CloudLink Console. If you search for Admin Request Notification Status you should be able to select which types to be notified on. If you run into any issues or questions please submit a support ticket. Thank you.
I can't tell, was this actually implemented? Or what is the status of this request? If it's been implemented, where is this is on/off feature located at?
