We have hundreds of customers who are part of out CVA program.
It would be really good to identify these customers within the customer Info header with a Magenta coloured flag to let everyone know this customer is a valued client...

So highlight a Customer Header if they have one or more CVA's, and then highlight the individual serial numbers that have a current CVA.
Good point Paul. Is this an opportunity to expand their CavCare Machines, if they have them for some why not for all? At least at the header you know they are willing to be involved with our program...
Would you want this at the customer level or serial number level? Maybe not all of the customers machines are on CVA's.
