Agreed, but when the PSSR for BHP has 15 opportunities going then it would be better to have these link to the one activity as it was one visit where they discussed the various Service opportunities.
Although it's in a single visit, activities for product support purposes are distinct from those for machine sales. The sales rep should create a separate activity for each.
This has again been raised as an improvement in efficiency for our PSSR team. What can be done to implement this?

This has come up again as part of a team meeting. Especially with PSE leads there are multiple leads with one customer.
