When we identified an issue with a customers equipment a lead is raised via condition monitoring to flag for the service manager to engage with the customer to sell a service option to correct the minor issue. The lead when created is nominated as a "service type" opportunity but from time to time customers choose to purchase the parts and have the service managed by their own service team we cannot switch to parts type lead. Currently these leads are not acutely reflecting the change in lead type as these happen. we cannot track parts opportunities. we would like the option of switching these types of leads.
This should be fairly easy to implement, this was just added to SalesLink Cloud for OLGA leads
