Prioritised Service Events

We're currently in the process of interfacing PSE's (Prioritised Service Events) into SalesLink. The data in the lead is missing info (available in the PSE) which means the PSSR's have to manually add this.

    We have been working with CAT to upgrade the current version of their API in SalesLink to the new PSE Unite (or V3) and while the development is complete we are still completing end to end testing with CAT. The CAT team will be managing the roll-out of this new version of the API based on their Dealer lists when we are ready and all testing completed. WesTrac is identified on the list of Pilot or Wave 1 Dealers for roll-out. This new version is really just the inclusion of additional data points that transmit between Uptake and CAT via the API. As this is largely behind the scenes there is little impact on the front end within the applications themselves.Hi All, the bulk of this request should be taken care of with the new PSE Unite API. Caterpillar will be contacting dealers directly when they are ready to deploy.

    Great suggestion Paul, we couldn't agree more with getting the info populated into their correct fields rather than a blind data dump into the notes area.
