Manager view of Customer Coverage Report by Rep & drillable to Customer Level
Rep level reporting like this is great but we also need to incorporate a Manager view so the Manager can see results by rep in a single list which then could be drillable to the customer level.
I fully support this idea & also agree with Mike's comment. As a manager of Reps these customer coverage reports are one of the most used reports used for ensuring we have effective coverage of active customers. Having this report easily accessible in the Executive/Customer menu & filterable to one or a range of reps makes good sense.
Strongly agree and would add that the Performance Summary AND Customer Coverage views need to be available at a global level, meaning roll up for all customers, then filterable by division, rep, etc. depending on the dealer. We all have coverage strategies in place and there is no where in Sales Link for a global view of customers to show sales, calls made, etc.
