Configurable Lost Sale Form

The ability to add fields to the Lost Sale Entry Form and Lost Sales Report within Saleslink would greatly improve the use of Lost Sales for our Bus Sales Group. For example, we would name a field Blue Bird Quote Number or just Reference Number to help our bus sales group match lost sales to bus sales within a separate system.

    Current Lost Sales form is configured specifically for CAT lost sales reporting requirements. If you would like to modify the Lost Sale report for other lines of business, please reach out to our Professional Services group through your Account Manager.
