When entering an activity, allow entry of contact name if not part of record already

Currently, if an account does not have a contact name assigned to it, you cannot complete the activity b/c the field is required. Uptake made the field not required so you can complete the activity, but you can't enter a contact. You should be able to enter a name when completing the activity and also have the name go through the gatekeeper process.
