We propose an enhancement to the Bay Scheduler tool to include a manual event creation feature similar to the "Other" event option available in the Technician Scheduler. Specifically, we recommend enabling manual entries for Pending Work and Other categories.
This functionality would allow users to tentatively reserve bay time for upcoming work and clearly indicate when a bay is unavailable due to maintenance or other operational constraints. Implementing this feature would improve scheduling visibility and resource planning across workshop operations.
