Currently, when a user sets shipping instructions for a parts order via the “Set Shipping Method” function, the “Delivery Location” field is available within the shipping edit interface. However, this field is not surfaced anywhere within ServiceLink, including the Work Order Parts overview or review screens.
In contrast, the “Ship Instruction” and “Ship Via” fields—when populated—are correctly displayed in the parts review section, providing users with immediate visibility into shipping details. The absence of the “Delivery Location” field in this same context creates a critical gap in the workflow.
