The ability to show or hide the cost and sell values in a work order for parts, labor, & Misc., for certain roles within ServiceLink, both at a segment level and the overall work order level. This will give the Dealer the ability to hide or show sensitive financial details to contractors that are engaged by the Dealer and is using ServiceLink

The inability to hide or show cost and sell values for part, labor, & misc., at a segment or work order level. Misc., can be hidden at a segment level only. The display of sensitive financial details (sell) for parts, labor at segment and work order level. Misc., at work order level. It will be good if there is the ability to hide or show the cost and sell financial details for certain roles in the security matrix |
