Only have the Hard Stop apply on the “No SIMS record when is required” Held up, when the Job Code is “Y” & the segment is warranty. This is how DBS operates today.

At the moment we are unable to process a work order through to invoicing if we have a segment that has no need for SIMs but the job code sims required is Y, without going into each segment and changing the indicator to N. With a large segment work order this is very time consuming. |
