Leslie Newman and Kim Mclain from Yancey are looking for a quote on adding the Contact Name field to the Advanced Search in ServiceLink.
Their use-case is to allow the Service Coordinator to use the Advanced Search to find and export all of the records they are assigned to so they may export this.
Functionally they want to meet with their service team and have detail of all the machines service is working on from ServiceLink with the details of their COTI deals that are related so that they can merge this together to have a dashboard from which they can provide prioritization information to their shops.
