We have 2 types of work orders at our dealership, we have regular work orders as well as monthly work orders. It has been brought to our attention that it would be useful to add a security setting in ServiceLink that prevents technicians from entering their own time onto monthly work orders but still allowed technicians to enter their own time on regular work orders.

In order to keep better track of the time technicians spend spent outside of doing work on machines or on a work order, we want to be able to have service writers/supervisors/clerks to be able to put in these types of hours in instead of the technicians themselves. |
