Ability to export Parts / Labour / Misc totals to excel

Ability to export Parts / Labour / Misc totals to excel (inc quantities), there is an export function currently, however only high-level segment detail is captured. We would like to capture all data like we currently do via a DBS showcase query. Excel attached for how this data currently exports.

We are getting plenty of requests from users stating that they want to print off or export parts lists, misc and labour for segments/operations.

Summary of what user feel the improvement needs to include:

    • Parts , Labour and Misc tabs should have the "Cog" option to Allow users to save configuration and provide the ability to export the data. The ability to export the data would allow users to filter and add comments to the export file as required.

    • Add a "Comments" column to allow users to add comments against each PLM item where required. and have the "Comments" column added to the "Eye" filters so it can be hidden where required.

Hi Mark, I have been told the export API will only work for parts that are in pending status, parts that are received will not show up. Can you please confirm this is correct?

Hi Luke is there a reason that the export API's won't work for you?
