What problem is your idea trying to solve?
This problem would help reduce the time it takes the find the WO associated to the customer based on terms code. Some terms we use to classify our customers are charge, cash, and COD. As we implement the new cash policy for our customers, rather than having to go between greens screen (AS400) and ServiceLink to find the WO, we would be able to find the WO much faster. |
