The "Claims Pipeline" details is not accurate (if the Sync Claims button is not activated) User will need to do this for every warranty work order that is in ServiceLink that has a claim in DBSi. Good will be that ServiceLink gets the changes / status of the warranty claim from DBSi irrespective of status and the information is viewable in the correct heading within Claims Pipeline |
