ServiceLink Ticket Creation API

Create API to allow creating tickets in ServiceLink (for example from ServicePro10)

  • Include fields for WO Header, segments, parts

  • Validate incoming data

  • Differentiate tickets created via API, potentially by setting specific fields like "Estimated by" ServicePro10

  • API will create one at a time (we will not support batch processing)

  • Secure API access with appropriate authentication and authorization

OOS:

  • Provide feedback on ticket status to ServicePro10, including when a ticket becomes a work order (This OOS - use Customer Reporting API)

  • Support for attaching media, such as documents and images, this will be through a secondary API. (separate ROM)

  • Batch Processing
