Ability to create, manage and process warranty claims directly from SVL. Currently only part of the warranty claim process is available in SVL. This results in elements having to be completed in DBS and other steps in SVL. This would include claim creation, labour breakdowns, parts inclusion/exclusion, misc inclusion/exclusion, claim story creation/maintenance and claim transmission to Cat.
