Implement GetChanges with Accenture to get real-time updates of warranty claim information.

Notes from Darren Walkthrough Video:

• Claims Maintenance in DBS

• put in WO #, Segment # and hit create claim

• in SVL they can write a claim story and transmit over to DBS and appear over in DBS and sent to CAT

  • None of these changes come over in GetChanges

• The claim number doesn't come over to SVL right away

• sync button in warranty tab to have claim come over to SVL (manual sync), workaround to Warranty get changes.

  • Is sync ELT or API? Need to ask Simon.
