When a Work Order is opened in ServiceLink, work order data is sent to DBS and on to Cat Interact. That data sync is a one time push to Cat Interact. If the purchase order, SMU, customer contact, etc is updated in ServiceLink throughout the life of the work order, it must be updated manually in Cat Interact to suit. I'd like to see important changes made to a work order in ServiceLink sync with Cat Interact to avoid a mismatch of crucial work order data.
