As service operations are looking to optimize their efficiency, a key metric they want to look at is understanding how quickly they get from technician complete to closed on work orders. This metric is also important for Cat as part of the service excellence program.
We would like to capture the finalizing date of the work order, and this is defined as the time that the last segment is marked technician complete.
Requirements:
Displayed on the work order header and not be editable
Uncompleting the work order or addition of a segment would blank out the date
Question: Does our audit trail capture if it is pulled out of finalizing status?
Date added to reporting API (Getting confirmation on which API)
Add to downloads when clicking finalizing status on the Service Pipeline page
