Labor Inquiry for a specific technician and export the detail, the exported information does not contain all the approver information, see attached - is this a bug? We can go into each work order and look at the audit log, but if this is a bug, please fix as the exports provide the information and is more efficient for our users.
Labor inquiry is kept for more than 3 months, but labor approval records are only kept for 3 months. Keeping longer labor inquiry records would be a good idea, but is not how this is currently set up to work.
