We have users no longer working here and hire a new person with the same name. Due to the limitations of Texada, we cannot use the same username because it will associate the previous person's work in Cloudlink to the new person - regardless of role or timeframes.
We would like to be able to associate the username to their employee number (which we do not reuse) or place some kind of additional identifier in the separated employee's username (eg. inactive.john.doe@dealername.com)
