We would like to add the option to have block labor functionality in ServiceLink. This function would be bale to handle the ability to set a discount on a number of hours of labor sold to a customer. This function is available in DBS but not in ServiceLink. This would be used in the Ticketing section in ServiceLink.

What problem is your idea trying to solve?
The problem we are trying to solve is going between DBS and ServiceLink for one work order when we should be able to do everything needed for a work order in ServiceLink. This will allow us to keep information in one place instead of two, allowing us to decrease user error AND save time. |
